…Shen-Li

Shen-Li is a wife, a mother, a blogger, an aspiring writer, and an entrepreneur. Over the course of her life she has also been an athlete, a rock climber, and a health professional.

Graduated from The University of Melbourne in Australia as a dentist, Shen-Li left the practice of dentistry after a year in the field. She entered the health industry where she worked for various companies such as 3M, Roche Pharmaceutical, and Colgate-Palmolive.

For her recreational pursuits, Shen-Li enjoyed undertaking various adventures in her spare time.  Some of her interests included hiking and caving, long distance running and rock climbing.

Among the many races Shen-Li has participated in, she has also completed several half-marathons and The KL International Marathon in 2006.

Her rock climbing achievements included three red-pointed routes with a French grade of 7A.  She was among the first Malaysian women to achieve this level.

Shen-Li left the workforce and her active recreational pursuits to raise a family following the principles of attachment parenting, popularised by William Sears, MD and Martha Sears, RN, and evidence-based parenting principles from the findings of Margot Sunderland.

Currently, in her spare time, she pursues her passion for writing and blogging.  She also works from home on various internet home ventures.
